4.Equipment installation
Check whether the product and specifications meet the requirements and whether the accessories are complete.
Check the levelness of the equipment and tighten the bolts that may be loose.
When installed in an explosion-proof workshop, ensure that the equipment is reliably grounded.
Clean the equipment before use to ensure that there is no dirt.
5.Equipment operation
Check before operation: ensure that the equipment has been cleaned, the water and electricity supply is normal, the connection pipe mouth is sealed intact, the valve opens normally, and the safety accessories are calibrated and qualified.
Operation steps: close the discharge valve, add materials, stir and mix, observe the mixing situation, discharge materials, and clean.
6.Cleaning procedures
Use the CIP cleaning device to rinse the inner wall of the tank to ensure that the drug residue is rinsed clean.
Check the cleaning effect, and complete the tank cleaning after confirming that it is qualified.
Wipe the surface of the equipment with a cloth (avoid washing the instrument part with water).
7.Maintenance and care
The internal and external surfaces of the equipment should be cleaned after each use.
Regularly inject lubricating oil into the stirring part.
When the equipment is not in use, the inside should be kept dry and the sealing ring should be removed.
Regularly check the wearing parts such as sealing rubber rings, bearings, etc., and replace them in time.
8.Safety precautions for equipment
The operator should be familiar with the equipment structure and operating procedures, and be qualified after training.
Heating and pressure should be increased slowly to avoid over-temperature and over-pressure operation.
Safety accessories should be fully equipped and calibrated regularly.
