4.Operating procedures
Preparation before operation:
Check whether the equipment, valves, instruments, etc. are normal, whether the pipelines are unobstructed, and whether there are leaks.
Clean the equipment to ensure that the interior is clean and tidy.
Check whether each valve is in the correct opening and closing position.
Start-up operation
Open the vacuum valve to establish a vacuum environment.
Open the feed valve, and close the feed valve after feeding to the appropriate position.
Open the condenser and circulating cooling water, and adjust the water pressure to 0.1~0.3MPa.
Slowly open the steam valve and heat to the required pressure.
Normal operation
Regularly check the discharge of condensed water to ensure the normal operation of the condenser.
Monitor equipment temperature, pressure and other parameters to ensure that they are within the safe range.
Stop operation
Close the steam valve and stop heating.
Close the vacuum valve to destroy the vacuum.
Discharge the concentrate and condensed water.
5.Maintenance and care
Daily cleaning:
After work every day, clean the inside of the equipment, especially the inner wall of the pot and the discharge pipe.
Use appropriate detergents to avoid damage to the equipment.
Instrument protection
Regularly check the sensitivity and error of the instrument, and replace and adjust it in time.
Safety valve adjustment
Adjust the safety valve to within the maximum steam pressure to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Sealing inspection
Check the sealing of each joint frequently, and replace the sealing gasket in time if it is damaged.
6.Precautions
Strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Regularly check each component of the equipment to ensure that it is in good condition.
If any abnormality is found in the equipment, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and can only be used after the fault is eliminated.
