1.Main Purpose
This tank is designed for the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries. It is used for the transfer, temporary storage and storage of various liquid materials, oral liquids, health products, etc. to ensure the quality and safety of materials.
2.Structural Features and Performance
Adopt high-quality stainless steel (such as 304/316L) to ensure corrosion resistance and meet the material storage requirements.
The wall thickness of the cylinder is scientifically designed, and the head adopts hydraulic forming technology to ensure the flatness of the inner cylinder wall and easy cleaning.
All pipe openings and tank corners adopt R fillet for smooth transition to avoid dead corners and residues.
The inner body is mirror polished and the outer layer is frosted and matte, which meets the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standard.
Vertical/horizontal structure is optional, equipped with a 360° rotating CIP (cleaning in place) device to achieve dead corner cleaning.

4.Equipment installation
Strictly check the product specifications and accessories integrity according to the arrival list.
After the overall installation, ensure that the levelness of the equipment meets the requirements and tighten all bolts/clamps evenly.
When installed in an explosion-proof area, the equipment must be reliably grounded to ensure safety.
Pre-clean the equipment with clean water to remove dirt that may be generated during transportation.
5.Operation
Pre-operation inspection:
Confirm that the storage tank has been cleaned and is in standby state.
Check whether the water, gas, electricity and other supply systems are normal.
Make sure that the connection pipes and manholes are sealed intact and the valves are opened normally.
Operation steps:
Feeding: Close the discharge valve, open the feeding valve and the delivery pump, ensure that the tank is at normal pressure, and close the valve and pump after completion.
Discharging: Open the discharging valve and the delivery pump, and close the valve and pump after discharging, and also keep the tank at normal pressure.
Cleaning: Use the CIP cleaning device for thorough cleaning to ensure that there is no residue.
6.Cleaning procedures
Use the CIP cleaning device to thoroughly clean the inner wall of the tank through the rotating nozzle until the pH value is neutral.
Use filtered compressed air to blow dry the residual liquid in the tank and the pipeline to avoid mixing with the next material.
Close all valves, check the cleaning effect, and complete the cleaning work after confirming that it is qualified.
Wipe the outer surface of the equipment with a dry cloth to keep it clean (avoid directly washing the instrument part with water).
7.Maintenance and care
After each use, clean the equipment thoroughly to ensure that there is no residue.
Use a soft cloth to wipe the outer surface of the equipment to keep it bright and beautiful.
When the equipment is not in use, open the discharge valve, manhole, etc. to keep the inside dry and prevent corrosion.
Regularly check the wearing parts such as the sealing ring, and replace them in time if they are worn or aged.
Perform a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the equipment every three months to ensure safe operation.
8.Safety precautions
Operators must undergo professional training and assessment and be familiar with the equipment structure and operating procedures.
Overpressure operation is strictly prohibited, and attention should be paid to whether the equipment has abnormal noise, deformation or leakage.
During maintenance, ensure that there is no pressure in the tank, maintain ventilation, and have personnel to monitor.
Maintenance with temperature and pressure must follow the operating procedures and take necessary safety protection measures.
Equip professional technicians for on-site supervision to ensure safe operation.
Periodically conduct professional training and safety production education to improve the safety awareness of operators.
Immediately shut down the machine if any abnormal situation is found, and report to the relevant departments according to the prescribed procedures.
