The Operation Process of the Spherical Evaporator

This process covers all aspects of the use of the spherical evaporator. Strict implementation can ensure stable operation of the equipment, improve evaporation efficiency, prolong the service life of the equipment, and ensure production safety and product quality.

I. Installation Preparation
♦Select a proper site, construct the foundation, and install the base levelly.

♦Inspect equipment parts and seals for intactness.

II. Preparation before Startup
♦Connect pipelines, test pressure, commission valves.

♦Check electrical wiring, grounding, control system, and set parameters.

III. Operation
♦Open valve and pump, control feeding speed.

♦Start steam system, control temp., pressure, vacuum, and speed for the spherical evaporation.

♦Monitor parameters and adjust if abnormal.

IV. Shutdown Operation
♦Stop feeding and steam, let material cool.

♦Empty material, use CIP for cleaning, then close valves and power, inspect for next use.
