1. The ointment collection rate is 10~15% higher than that of the multifunctional extraction tank, and the ointment contains more than 1 times more effective ingredients. During the extraction process, hot solvent is continuously added to the medicine surface, passing through the medicinal material layer at high speed from top to bottom to dissolve the solute in the medicinal material. The solute content in the medicinal material and the solute content in the solvent maintain a high gradient. The solute in the medicinal material dissolves at a high speed until it is completely dissolved, so the effective ingredient extraction rate is high, and the concentration is completed in a set of sealed equipment, with little loss and high conversion rate, so the ointment collection rate is high and the content of effective ingredients in the ointment is high.

Put the medicinal materials into the extraction tank, add 5 to 10 times the amount of solvent such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process requirements), open the extraction tank direct and jacket steam valves, heat the extract to boiling for 20 to 30 minutes, and then use the suction tube to draw 1/3 of the extract into the concentrator. Close the extraction tank direct and jacket steam, open the heater valve to concentrate the liquid, and generate secondary steam during concentration, which is sent to the extraction tank through the evaporator riser as the heat source and solution for extraction, and maintain boiling in the extraction tank. The secondary steam continues to rise, condenses into hot condensate through the condenser, falls back into the extraction tank as a new solvent and is added to the medicine surface. The new solvent passes through the medicinal material layer from top to bottom at high speed to the bottom of the extraction tank, and the soluble effective ingredients in the medicinal materials are dissolved in the solvent in the extraction tank. The extract is pumped into the concentrator through the suction tube, and the secondary steam generated by the concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a heat source and a new solvent. The new solvent formed in this way is subjected to large reflux extraction, so the solute density in the medicinal materials and the solute density in the solvent maintain a high gradient, and the solute in the medicinal materials is dissolved at a high speed until it is completely dissolved (the extract is colorless). At this time, the extract stops being pumped into the concentrator, and the concentrated secondary steam is transferred to the cooler, and the concentration continues until it is concentrated into an ointment with the required specific gravity (1.2~1.34). The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be put into a storage tank for the next batch, and the slag is discharged from the slag discharge door. If an organic solvent is used for extraction, add an appropriate amount of water first, open the straight-through and jacket steam, and discharge the slag after recovering the solvent.
